| We have two guest bedrooms - one double and one twin-bedded, both are en-suite, well appointed, tastefully furnished and decorated. |  |
| Both bedrooms have colour TV, hospitality tray and hair driers etc. The bathrooms have complimentary toiletries and plenty of fluffy cotton towels. |  |
| The lounge being situated on the first floor is just down the corridor from the bedrooms, and is for the sole use of our guests thereby enabling you privacy coupled with ease of use. |
| The dining room is situated on the ground floor and breakfast is taken at a time to suit you, usually between 8 a.m. and 9.30 a.m. but earlier if preferred. |  |
We have secure storage for your cycles etc. and off-street secure parking is available for your car or motor-bike. We have a drying room and can provide washing and ironing facilities, along with the use of a trouser press.
